Terms and Conditions

♥︎ I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations past 24 hours.  

♥︎ We strive to provide you with quality products and make our customers happy and satisfied but sometimes things can go wrong but know that we will make your buying experience a very pleasant one. 

♥︎ When your order is received and if items are damaged, please contact us within 48 hours, provide a photo of the damage and we will do our best to resolve the problem.  Damaged items will need to be returned to us as soon as possible to investigate with the shipping company and obtain a refund.

♥︎ We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Square payments. 

♥︎ If you would like for an invoice to be included with your order, please let us know; otherwise one will not be included.

♥︎ If purchasing items as a gift and these are to be sent to a different address, or you would like to include a gift tag, please let us know.

♥︎ We ship with UPS and USPS Monday - Wednesday to make sure your baked items are fresh and not stuck in a warehouse during the weekend.  Delivery times are estimated between 2-5 days, but these are not guaranteed, specially during bad weather conditions and holidays as these tend to take a bit longer.

♥︎ Rush Orders will have an additional charge of $15.

♥︎ If you or a designated party picks up an order, we relinquish responsibility for the order.  We will make sure to confirm all is correct.  Refunds requested after an ordered has been picked up will not be honored.  

♥︎ Products are the responsibility of the customer after orders have been picked up.  We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport or set up.
